“I confess that I have hesitated to publish this review, not out of laziness, but out of selfishness. It is tempting to keep to oneself the treasure of knowing the existence of this Alpujarra refuge, an oasis of tranquility and respite from the “worldly noise.” However, it is only fair and necessary to bear witness to and be grateful for all the good things that the Al Andalus farmhouse and Ravshan have given us.
Nestled between Lanjarón, Órgiva and Soportújar, and just a few kilometres from the Poqueira valley, is our place of peace. All the aforementioned locations are nearby and irresistible tourist attractions for the neophyte, but the well-being offered by the Al Andalus farmhouse is such that you could easily do without everything and not leave it during your stay, as was my case.
Tradition and modernity are perfectly combined in the design of the farmhouse, made up of several villas with an outstanding aesthetic design and the latest technology perfectly integrated into the natural environment. It is worth highlighting the variety of common areas (barbecue, terraces, trampoline, etc.) with the preeminence that the exclusive use of its great swimming pool gave me.
In short, a pleasure for the senses and a rest for the soul that I hope to repeat.”
